Shipping Policy

At MLGG’S™, we want your order to arrive safely and as smoothly as possible. Please read our shipping policy below to understand how orders are processed, shipped, and delivered.


Order Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

During high-demand periods, holidays, or promotional events, processing may take slightly longer.

Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email.


Shipping Time

We currently ship primarily to the United States.

Estimated delivery time for U.S. orders is usually:

7–15 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on:

  • Carrier delays
  • Weather conditions
  • Customs or local delivery issues
  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping information
  • High-volume shipping periods

Tracking Information

Once your order has shipped, you will receive tracking details by email.

Please allow 24–72 hours for tracking information to update after the tracking number is issued.

If your tracking number does not update immediately, this does not necessarily mean your package has not shipped.


Incorrect Shipping Information

Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order.

MLGG’S™ is not responsible for delays or delivery issues caused by:

  • Incorrect address
  • Missing apartment/unit number
  • Wrong postal code
  • Unavailable recipient
  • Refused delivery
  • Failure to pick up a package from the local carrier

If you notice an error in your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible. We can only update shipping details if the order has not yet been processed or shipped.


Delayed Orders

Most orders arrive within the estimated delivery window. However, delays can sometimes happen due to circumstances outside our control.

If your order has not arrived after the estimated delivery time, please contact us with your order number and tracking information. We will help review the status of your shipment.

For U.S. orders, if there is no successful delivery after an extended period, we may investigate the shipment and assist according to the available tracking information.


Lost or Missing Packages

If your tracking information shows that your package is still in transit for longer than expected, please contact us so we can help look into it.

If tracking shows that the package was delivered but you did not receive it, please first check:

  • Around your front door or mailbox
  • With neighbors
  • With your building reception or front desk
  • With your local carrier/post office

If the package still cannot be located, contact us and we will review the case based on the tracking information available.

Please note that if the carrier confirms delivery, additional investigation may be required.


Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos or videos of the damaged or defective item
  • Photos of the packaging, if damaged
  • A short description of the issue

Once reviewed, we will help with the next steps, which may include a replacement or other support depending on the situation.


Split Shipments

If your order includes multiple items, they may sometimes ship separately.

This means you may receive more than one package and more than one tracking number.

If part of your order arrives first, the remaining items may still be on the way.


Shipping Costs

Shipping costs, if applicable, will be shown at checkout before you complete your purchase.

From time to time, we may offer free shipping promotions.


International Shipping

At this time, our main shipping destination is the United States.

If international shipping becomes available, delivery times and shipping costs may vary depending on the destination country.


Order Cancellation

Orders may only be canceled if they have not yet been processed or shipped.

If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible after placing it.

Once an order has been processed or shipped, we may not be able to cancel it.
